I must say, I am impressed with the customer service. While I was definitely pretty aggravated about not knowing where to park initially, and trying to check in, then having to go out to my car to move it before I was checked in was a lot to handle. I came back in and there was a line of 6 or 7 people, and I was pretty worried that since it was an early check in that there wouldn't be enough rooms to be assigned. The maid and one of the Desk Agents stood there talking about me after I had addressed my concern with what appeared to be a manager or assistant manager. These people were talking about how I "flipped out." If you are going to talk about your customers, don't do it when they are standing right there. However, once I was checked into my room (which was lovely), I was relieved to be able to relax. Aside from the issue at check in, the van drivers that assisted me with my luggage, and loading it into my car was a huge help. I had come to Cleveland for the Cleveland Clinic. The proximity of the hotel to CC is so so....But the comfort and price (and the starbucks in the lobby) was a pretty good deal.
