  • If you want a new pillow don't go to Bed Bath and Beyond on Bell Rd in Glendale because for some reason Jose the manager hired a pillow nazi named Mary S! She won't let you unzip the plastic bags to touch the pillows to see if you like them or not. She's rude and has the stupidest comment when you ask to touch the medium firmness pillow instead of the firm one on display. She says"It's just a little softer than the firm one so you don't need to touch it!" She hangs around until you're done because your discouraged! They just lost a $250.00 sale tonight because I wasn't allowed to touch the medium firm pillow for $125.00 a piece! Good pickJose on that cranky old lady guarding the pillows!
