  • On Tuesday 5/8/18 I called to cancel appt on 5/17/18 was on hold 13 min, left voice message, 5/9 I called again spoke to girl to cancel, 5/10 I receive an email to confirm I call again to cancel appt on 5/17, 5/10 I get a text to confirm I call again to cancel 5/17/18 appt. Today 5/18/18 I receive a phone call that I missed 5/17/18 appointment and will be charged a fee! I call again hold time 4 minutes, a female answers 13 minutes and 45 seconds later says they got a new program and everyone's learning it and I missed my appointment yesterday on 5/17/18! My goodness if you don't want to develop high blood pressure, an ulcer or a stroke steer clear of this place!
