The person who answers the phone name Rebecca has zero customer service! She doesn't listen and just assumes. There should be someone who could handle the phone with a better telephone etiquette. After paying so much for exam and glasses they can't even give at least a decent service. I know what client privacy is, but she wants me to personally go to the clinic after I told her I'm in the other side of the country. There is no way I can get my prescription.
Other than that the previous dr I saw was good..
