  • After reading about ADC in a couple magazines about their award winning-spirits, I had been ogling this place for a date night for some time. I called the number on the site after not being able to book online and found their Facebook IM chat much more accommodating. (HINT!) After confirming through FB we'd be doing the tour, I went to Groupon to find that their $5 off the 2 person tour were sold out...for good reason! Bummed but not deterred we headed out and got a little lost trying to find the place on foot. (HINT #2 - head WEST from The Lodge on 1st Street, look for the industrial looking area next to the apartment complex where you'll see a plumbing company advertised....they're in there. If it makes you feel better think of this more like a speakeasy (?!)) For $10/person it's more than worth it. Placate your inner nerd with more facts about distilling than you'll ever need and enjoy the fruits of their labor at the end of the tour. Super nice guys, good time and we splurged on the flight they offered. I also ponied up for a couple bottles of their top-rated internationally respected Gin. They are moving next week so I wish them the best at their new location. Check them out!
