  • Never going to this location again. I'm tired of ALWAYS getting the wrong order. I don't know what happens from the speaker to the window, but every time I get my order it is wrong!! They don't repeat the order to make sure they got it right, so I don't find out that they're wrong yet again until they start throwing everything out the window and rush us out of the drive through. I order a SAUSAGE egg & cheese muffin, they give me an egg & cheese muffin. I order a frap NO whip, there's a boatload of whip so I'm left with no drink after I wipe it off. I try to use the flash pass, no one in the building has a clue what I'm talking about... yet the Facebook page has done nothing but promote it??? They charge me for what was supposed to be a free item and didn't tell me until they already swiped the card. I ordered a peppermint mocha frap (he was able to repeat it back correctly on the speaker) yet when he's trying to send us away, he gave me a HOT peppermint mocha. I never have the time to correct them because they're trying to rush me out of there & not to mention the fact we already spent 20+ minutes just sitting in the drive through. I am never coming to this location again. So done with their non-sense. There should be a zero star option available.
