Western Dental Still Sucks! Now, over 10 months since my husband's account has been paid in full, I get a bill stating that there is an "insurance underpayments/Patient Share" due in the amount of $704.40. After a couple of late nights digging through our last years records, I was able to pull out all documentation and found (DRUMROLL PLEASE!!) THAT OUR INSURANCE PAID THIS TO THE SPECIALTY DENTIST that he had to go to for the root canal!!!!!
I am now awaiting a callback from a supervisor at Western Dental billing to get this removed and make sure that they do not harass us over this.
STAY AWAY FROM WESTERN DENTAL PEOPLE!!!!!! THEY ARE NO GOOD AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!
