  • Funny that I'm leading a steakhouse review with soup, but I simply would be doing reviewers a disservice if I didn't. The ABSOLUTE best French onion soup in Vegas, and possibly in the country. I'd grown bored with onion soup over the years, but having been here 6-7 times this year, the staff were surprised I'd never had their acclaimed French onion soup. So I did. AMAZEBALLS!!!!! It isn't just "soup". It's a stew of delicious, decadent caramelized onions and the oh-so-necessary baked fromage. Seriously..... this is a MUST TRY. You also have to try the pork belly. This is honestly one of the best pork belly dishes on the strip, and I hate to admit it, but even better than my go-to steakhouse, Heritage at the Mirage. I'll update this review when I get over my soup euphoria, but seriously folks, try it.
