  • With a referral from a close friend, I contacted Crystal with a hair crisis! (A stylist from another salon had totally butchered my short pixie cut.) She was able to squeeze me in the very next day to see if there was anything she could do. I was beyond grateful to receive such a last minute accommodation. Upon arrival I was put at ease. I explained what had happened, showed her what I had asked the other stylist for, which wasn't executed properly. As a fix, I had a few other cuts I was interested in, to tide me over while my hair grew back. She cut my hair exactly like the picture I provided! It was such a relief! I could be totally straight with Crystal about my thoughts - she genuinely cared about what I needed from her as a stylist. She's easy to talk to, down to earth, and most importantly, confident in her skills, and it shows! I refer her and her salon to anyone I can!
