  • Give these guys a call ahead of time to get a massage. They do massages by appointment only. And they know they're stuff including sports and deep tissue. I had a nasty IT band issue, and although there were something lost over translation...my masseuse figured out what was wrong with my leg. I guess the French Canadians have a different name for "IT band" but she knew how to handle it based on my previous sports massages. They're located in a hotel, so when you get there, just let the front desk guy know you're there for a massage and just wait in the lobby and the masseuse lady will come by to pick you up.
