  • The worst customer service I have encountered. 3/20/215 @ 10:30am The woman working was in her late 40s to mid 50s sandy blond hair. I will not be coming back or shipping through UPS again. It says that they can print documents in store. I was told NO and to go print it somewhere else. So once I did that I came back and she wanted to charge me to tape the top of the box closed. I have never been charged to tape the top of a box closed. I will be using FedEx from now on.
