  • This is one of the worst McDonald's we have ate at, granted they aren't the best restaurants to eat at in general but this one takes the cake. Every employee I have been in concord tact with there has the worst attitude. No matter how many times we have tried to eat here the order is always wrong. This last time we went inside to eat and waited about 20 minutes for them to give us our food (in a bag even though we told them we were dining in). When they gave us our food they didn't give us our drink cups so I waited another 5 minutes for a worker to acknowledge me standing there who said "what's wrong" with an attitude. We went to sit and my daughter wanted ketchup.... but their were no containers so she went up to ask them for a container.... they handed her a balled up handful of ketchup packets. The time before I went through the drive thru and ordered a meal only to get home with only fries and my daughters nuggets in the bag. We were missing fries and a burger. I called and they told me to come back up there to get it resolved. When I got there they handed me the bag that was at the drive thru window they forgot to hand me... when I asked if this was the cold one they forgot to give me they said no it was fresh and rolled their eyes walking away. It was the cold ones from before.... I wish people understood customer service and how even the slightest attitude ruins the entire dining experience.
