For some time now Oliver (cat) has been having some kind of problem with his eye. I have been to two other veterinarians hoping to fix whatever was ailing my feline friend. Both times though perhaps offering some relief, did not cure him.
So it was time to bring in a specialist. After a quick internet search of animal ophthalmologists and distance from Hendo, it was decided...LVECFA would be were we would start.
We called in the late morning and were told we could get Ollie in for an appointment in the afternoon. We walked in, waited and and space was found after two appointments. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.
We met Dr. Wasserman who came out to the waiting room to meet his patients and escort them to an examination room. I even watched Dr. Wasserman carry a cat carrier into the exam room for the pet owner.
The exam room was clean and everything pertaining tho the examination was done right in front of the us. The Dr. invited us to hang out over his shoulder as he explained everything he was doing which eventually lead to the diagnoses.
I was fully prepared to feel like I was being taken advantage of but that feeling never came. When I heard the bit about needing a follow-up examination, I was thinking here we go, but the cost of each follow-up decreases.
If you need (and I really hope you never do) an animal eye doctor, I felt Dr . Wasserman and LAs Vegas Eye Care For Animals was spot on.
