  • We got new insurance and I was hesitant to switch dentists. We loved our old dentist and the pediatric dentist that our kids went to. However, I will very pleasantly surprised by our first visit to perfect teeth. Dr. Brian Daub, DDS was fabulous! The staff was great. Everyone was so patient. Our first appointment was for me and both of my children. So we were there for awhile and I never felt rushed nor did we have to wait. I had filling that had come out prior to our appointment and Dr Daub and his staff fixed it for me immediately so that I wouldn't need to come back for another visit and we still made it on time to our next appointment that day that we had across town. WOW! The staff also checked with my insurance company and got my approval to proceed on everything. I wish I could remember of the woman who coordinate with insurance company because I would acknowledge her personally. Let's just say she was kind, professional, accommodating and very efficient, which is extremely appreciated by this working mom who took the day off from work when my kids were off of school and scheduled several different appointments all day. Our first stop was at perfect teeth and it was a great way to start the day. A few days after we got home we received hand written personalized notes from Dr Daub. I know that some business do this. However they tend to be generic thank you notes. This was not one of those. Dr Daub took time to personalize the notes to each of us. In todays world, this personal approach is very rare. I would recommend perfect teeth and Dr. Brian Daub DDS to anyone!
