The customer service is TERRIBLE here!!! Ordered a dinning room table from them in March and needless to say 2 months later and my dinning room set is still not complete ! I first received the table and later(2 weeks later) the chairs which they arrived all stained so I had to send them back. Called customer service and they were extremely rude and uncooperative ! They didn't care to help me . I had to get in a fight with the manager so he could give me a discount on this ! The actual table top was not leveled right , the ends of the table were very curved so they sent a service guy out just so he can tell me the same thing and that they are going to order a new table top. 2 weeks later the table top arrives all dented scratched and in terrible condition ! Sent it back and when I called the store TRACI answered and was completely rude telling me that if they order me a new table they will take the discount away . She was yelling at me on the phone telling me " well do you want a new table or not "? I had to request to speak with someone else because her attitude was unbelievable !! Needless to say 2 weeks later and I still don't have a new table top ! Called headquarters and told me that they can't give me another discount but they can order a new table for me ! I guess I will just keep ordering new tables until they get it right !! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! AT LEAST THEY COULD HAVE DONE WAS TO BE NICE AND TRY TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!! WORST PLACE EVER !
