  • I want to highly recommend Sanders Air Conditioning & Appliance Repair. Brian was the technician/service manager. He exemplified the highest quality of professionalism. He actually, checked ALL of the components on my refrigerator, to diagnose why my refrigerator was not working. Unlike Runyon Appliance, the technician came twice, he never took out a tool or testing device out to find the source of the problem. Stay away from Runyon Appliance. My home warranty company sent out Sanders Air Conditioning Appliance for a second opinion and Brian found the problem. Are you ready for the amazing report. I had a scheduled window time of when the technician would show up and amazingly, Brian showed up within that window of time, not hours later or not come at all. Brian actually called to let me know he was on his way. When Brian came into my home he was so respectful and I felt like he was treating me as if I were his own mother. He showed great concern for getting the problem fixed and explained everything to me. Now for more good news. I had to go out of town and Brian scheduled the time to come back and do the repairs, on a schedule that would work for my time schedule, unlike other companies, that will not work with you, when you can be available to be at the home. Customer service is really lacking in so many aspects of the business world today, but, I can say this, the customer service with Sanders Air Conditioning Appliance, exceeds all expectations and it's refreshing to have a company that actually has outstanding customer service. This company provides service to work on all of your appliances, and heating and cooling systems. If you ever have the need to have an appliance repair, AC/Heating repair or just want maintenance checks, call the Best company, Sanders Air Conditioning Appliance Repair. For the record, I am not in anyway related to anybody that works for Sanders Air Conditioning Appliance, nor am I a friend of anybody that works with Sanders Air Conditioning Appliance, that is writing a positive review, just to make the company look good. I am an actual very satisfied customer. Thank you Brian, for fixing my refrigerator and thank you for the kindness and professionalism you showed me. You are an asset to the company. If there were a 10 star rating on Yelp, you would have a 10+.
