First of all, there's nothing luxurious about these apartments whatsoever. I've been living here since March of 2017 and have had Soooo many issues with these people. My AC unit goes out about once a week now. Once it was out for a whole week and they gave me a really old portable AC that hardly cooled at all. We had to stay elsewhere. They didn't charge us for that week which I did appreciate, however we supposedly got all new AC motor and parts and it keeps breaking down every week. The cabinets are obviously from ikea because the front of the drawer keeps falling off every time I try to open it. The countertops are always peeling so we're probably going to get charged for that. I always had to submit multiple requests for one thing to get fixed. I submitted a request that my patio light wasn't working when we first moved in, there's no switch for it so I couldn't tell if it was just the bulb, was only fixed last month. Hasn't been working since we moved in. And I also had to submit more than one request to get my blinds fixed because they wouldn't close and you could look into our bedroom, and they supposedly 'ordered' a new set for us. The blinds we got were old and yellowed from the sun and fading. They took forever just to give us some old crappy blinds.

They called literally minutes after I posted this review to check up on these issues, so I added two stars to the rating because I appreciate the effort. It sucks that it had to take this long though.
