  • Wow - how often does THIS happen? I had a tenant in a rental house call me at 5:30 pm, saying the sliding glass door is completely jammed open - can't move it open or closed. I called Arizona Sliding Door at 6:00 pm, Heather actually answered the phone, and by 6:30, David was at the house, fixing the inoperable door. By 7:00 pm, door has a whole need roller system installed, and I am the happiest landlord this side of the Salt River! (Hopefully, my tenant is as happy as I am!) Great service, unbelievably quick, and no "after-hours" or "emergency" rate applied! The only reason this company doesn't have ALL 5-star ratings is because of just one unhappy customer, who apparently couldn't be pleased no matter what they did. Heather and David, your family-operated small business treated me just like family, and I have never met you or used your services before. You are now my go-to company for all my door issues. ps. Do you fix anything else?!?!? If so, You're Hired!! :) :)
