  • This place is awesome. When we tried to check in we were told we did not have a reservation under our name, nor with the confirmation number that hotels.com provided us. Joy the front desk attendant tried very hard to help us and told us to please make ourselves comfortable in the lobby as we tried to contact hotels.com to clear up the matter. After we resolved the issue with the other company, Joy quickly and efficiently checked us in. She was very pleasant and seemed very interested in what brought us to the hotel. When Joy found out it was my birthday she sent a note and a small basket of goodies to our room, which greeted us when we returned from the game. We will return to this hotel. It was newly remodeled and very clean. The outside seating is very nice and was a wonderful place to have the free breakfast.
