  • We did not have a good experience with this company since the moment they came to the door. They had poor customer skills. We needed 3 rooms done that had stains on the carpet. They came in, no smiles, looked at the stains and said "Those won't come up." They were in out within 25 minutes (including setup and take down). The rooms were entirely clear of furniture before they came. The stains remained. Two of the rooms were completely soaked when they were about to leave. When we asked them about it they replied that they sucked up all they could. Today, we hired a different cleaning company (no we did not want steamy concepts to come back!). The current company has already been here for an HOUR and they ARE getting the stains up! In addition when steamy concepts left there was no scent at all like you would expect from a carpet cleaning solution. It was as if the carpets weren't cleaned at all. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
