  • My experience is different from the reviews I have read on here. AMPM was referred by my Home Warranty (AHS). Josh came out and excessed the need for a new water heater, he was polite professional and knowledgeable. Upon time for installation Josh was here within the time frame allotted and again was very professional, he and his co-worker were challenged with stairs for removing old and replacing new, they handled it all with little mess having to bring through my condo. I can't speak highly enough of Josh's personal friendliness and all around good nature even his co-worker seemed personable. I will refer this business to others but suggest they request Josh as their technician.
