I've never been a JCPenney fan, and maybe this is why. We always seem to find our way into that store during holiday shopping when we are looking for stuff through the entire mall. Every time the store has a holiday sale, it is DESTROYED by the time we get there. It's like a war zone. I'm sure half the problem is the clientele, but still. Knowing what kind of people you draw, staff accordingly to follow up on the fallout.
I went in recently because I found a pair of Nike sneakers online and it said there were two of my size in stock. I tried them on, but noticed the bottoms were filthy. I asked the sales associate to check for another pair because they looked worn, and she replied, "Oh, that's just from our floors. They are really dirty, so when people try shoes on, the bottom of the shoes get dirty."
Ummmmm...
Ummmmm...
Really? How about CLEANING them???
