  • Seems like the night crew has decided to do whatever they possibly can to make it as inconvenient as possible to order food late at night. Not only do they seemingly intentionally not answer when you pull up to the drive thru, they also leave the order screen off. By the time they finally respond to you, you are immediately informed that they are only taking cash. It would be one thing if this was the first time this has happened but now it seems that nearly every night I have stopped by I've had the exact same results. Went and grabbed some cash to pay but decided to go inside (may as well it'll be faster than them trying to dodge me in the drive thru). Then the gentleman who took my order wrote it down on paper, calculated the cost of my order on his phone, and then proceeded to go to the back for my change. No receipt or anything. How do I know that they aren't just pocketing the money? Not only that but the floor was seemingly covered with sweet tea, all of the dine-in area was trashed, and they acted like I was being an inconvenience. Somebody needs to straighten these people out and actually tell them to do their job properly.
