rev:text	my husband brought my car first thing in the morning due to it being egged the guy told him he would need to pay $5.00 extra on top of the $17.99 car wash .now i get off work and see that egg is still all over my car so while my car sat in the sun all day with egg on my paint I drove across town back to cobblestone for the first guy to tell me they r closing bring it back tomorrow i told him I have work and will only be able to make it back till around the same time. The next guy was a supervisor and told me the same thing .the next guy was the manager and again he said that he would have not even bothered paying for a wash and would had taken it back for detail WELL guess what we did pay cause thats what your staff told us !!!!! so now all he did to make it right was a refund so here my car sits with egg on my car and not once did you try any other way to make it right what kinda customer service is this the inside of my car was still dirty egg on my car I am pissed BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD CAR WASH!!!!! I will not be coming back and will be getting a hold of corporate
