  • The pilot light on the ventless logs I bought there would not stay lit. I've had them six years and rely on them. One call to the Hearth and Patio and they advised me to blow compressed air into the pilot light and voila! it worked. I am so happy. I knew when i purchased gas logs i wanted to buy local so that i could run by the store and ask questions if I needed to our make a quick phone call. It has paid off on more than one occasion. Again, I'm just really happy with them.
