  • Is zero stars an option? I have taken my dog here a total of 3 times and he has been cut ALL THREE TIMES?! The last was the worst- his ear was (literally) clipped off at the end. They held him an hour and half past closing (which I thought was extremely odd) so I called and the groomer who was working said "oh, yeah your dogs ready".... Um what? Why haven't I gotten a call to pick him up? Do you think you're the only one with a chaotic schedule? I had dinner plans and a work out schedule I couldn't attend because it was now 3 hours after the slotted time they originally told me, but feel free, take your time. And then proceed to not call and tell me that my poor sweet boy had a battle wound of half an ear that's been bleeding for hours?!?! Unbelievable. I was hyperventilating upon getting to the groomer and realizing the reason they clearly held my poor little guy so long was to in hopes of stopping the bleeding (which they failed at) prior to me coming to get him. Then to top it off I get to the register and the price had raised (yet again) so I ask what the extra charge is about and they have the nerve to charge me a $5 "mat fee". Are you effing kidding me? Poor service. I understand injuries happen with grooming but this type of wound plus charging me not only full price but adding on charges? Ridiculous! Shame on you Sniffany and co. A month and a half later and the final scab has been clipped off. Spread the word puppy owners!
