  • Was just in there to return 2 outside patio umbrellas. One was just purchased and one was maybe 2 months old and terribly faded. They would not take it back! Oh it's been used! I said yes but it's maybe 2months old. Too bad. I told the manager I would be giving a bad review on Yelp. Her response was go ahead! I told her this is terrible customer service. Won't be back! E mailed corporate. Just received a call and they will take my umbrella back and give me a gift card. Very nice manager who apologized.
