  • DO. NOT. COME. HERE. Decent prices, but I made an appointment to get my eyebrows done and had to wait a HALF HOUR after my appointment to go in. No apologies, no offers for a free threading next time-- nothing. This is the at least the third time this has happened. I've been coming here since high school and cannot remember the last time I was taken in on time. Overbooked and/or understaffed. It takes 5 minutes to thread some eyebrows! All they were doing anyways was chatting and waiting on some hair dye. The eyebrow lady has also commented on my acne before. So unprofessional. I ended up just leaving at my most recent appointment and will never come back. My mom had to stop coming here due to the bad service and rude male hair stylist. Awful awful awful.
