  • Everything about my first visit here was wonderful. I have been looking for a primary care Dr and seem to have found a great one with Dr. Katrina Mercado. Upon first entering I noticed the office was clean and updated, the receptionist greeted me right away and got my paperwork together without having to wait. Once I finished my paperwork I was brought back within 10 minutes (amazing, that has never happened to me). The nurse took my vitals and had me wait for the Dr which only took maybe 5 minutes for her to come in. Dr. Mercado was so inviting and easy to talk to, you can tell she really cares about her patients and she never made me feel rushed. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and welcome, which is rare these days. I have had such bad experiences with doctors in the past that I tend to stay away, even when I need medical care. I was nervous coming here but now I feel so relieved. Thank you dignity health Charleston.
