  • First off the good, marlee the front desk girl is awesome. She answers all questions, I had some questions after my husbands oral surgery, and she went to the Dr and got all our answers for us. And she runs the front desk good. Now heres the bad. First off dont expect to be seen on time esp if your an oral surgery patient. My husband finally got in half an hour after his appt time. My husband was thirsty from waiting so long for them just to numb him up, and one of the nurses completely forgot about him. Also stay on top of your Scheduling esp if another office is referring you. Saw several patients today who thought they had an appt and didn't and were super pissed in the lobby.
