  • I called about a unique problem with a customer's garage door, and Rod met me within the hour. We discussed the problem and determined that I was going about it in the best way possible. It saved my customer from replacing the complete door. While he was there, Rod pointed out a problem with the second door and helped me find the parts to fix it. I will recommend Upright to anyone needing help with their garage doors or gates!
