Had a pretty bad experience at this store.
First we had to come in to the store for the product to be "diagnosed". The message on the computer said "battery service needed" which when we called apple they verified the battery needed changed.
Instead of scheduling a battery replacement we were forced to bring it in the store and have the clerk look at it and say "Yep. It needs a new battery but we can't put one in it today". ???? Why would you have me come in for an appointment if you couldn't take care of the issue??? Especially something that seemed relatively simple... super frustrated with this store and apple in general. Why pay the inflated prices if the product doesn't come with top notch support.
