The meat is 5 star but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A 0 STAR! I went in to order my prime rib for Christmas, I did not know what to order so I talked to the man behind the counter, he definitely had an attitude but I didn't think anything about it at the time. He showed me a 2 bone 7 lb roast. I said that sounds great, can I have it cut off the bone and seasoned which he proceeded to tell me about the seasoning. I picked it up Christmas Eve and it was 5 1/2 lbs I was disappointed and should not have taken it but did. Christmas morning I unwrapped the meat and it was not seasoned. I was upset but made due, it was delicious with my own seasoning. My friend encouraged me to call and let them know so I did. I did not expect anything except maybe an apology, I did not get the reaction I was expecting. The lady who answered said let me look it up then she said it's not written on the slip so you did not say seasoned. I said your telling me the customer I'm wrong? Then a man got on the phone and yell at me that he did 129 roast and he would have written on the slip if I had said seasoned. They hung up on me twice and said I will apologize to appease you but it is not our fault. Very disappointed that they are so unprofessional. I can not support that, I will not be back.
