  • BUYER BEWARE -- UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES !!' Terrible Customer Service. I made the worst decision of my life dealing with this business. They made me wait 3 weeks for an appointment. The appointment was set for April 19th @ 8am. The man doesn't even show up or bother calling to explain his absence. I lost a whole day's work waiting on him to arrive (which he never did).... Then a couple days later I had to chase him down to find out what's going on. He said "sorry I'll be there in two hours". Like I don't have a personal life and can drop my schedule on a whim like that. When I texted and called to seek clarification he didn't even reply or offer an alternative arrangement for me. This is truly a terrible business to deal with. BUYER BEWARE !! -- SCAM ---- FRAUD ALERT!! I will be forwarding my complaints to Groupon and hopefully they will be expelled from the Groupon Platform as merchants are not allowed to conduct themselves like this and treating customers like this. 0 - Star business 0 - Customer Service 0 - Work Ethic 0 - Business practices Thank you for reading this review!
