There are multiple signs in IKEA stores touting order online & pickup in store., so I thought I would try it. I ordered 1/18/18 with latest pick up date available 1/21. Received order confirmation that says not to come to store till follow up email received. NO email received to pick up by 1/21. Called customer service. On hold for FORTY (40) minutes waiting to talk to someone. He was unable to resolve the issue even though I gave him my confirmation #. He tried calling local store, but was "unable to reach" anyone at local store - no one picks up. (Seriously?!) He suggested I go to store and talk to them. The store is 23 miles from my house! I tried calling store. Recording says to press # then it hangs up on you. Thoroughly frustrated. Never buy from IKEA again.
