I didn't know what to prepare for... I didn't even know who Terry Fator was when we were given tickets to the show. I had NO idea I was going to laugh near the amount I did. We watched the Christmas Special version of Terry's show so I can only review him based on that performance. Terry Fator is incredibly talented... as a singer, as a ventriloquist, as a singer that simultaneously does ventriloquism. I think I lost count of how many times I leaned over to my hubby and said "Wow!" or "That's amazing." He could probably tell you, I'm sure. The show overall was extremely entertaining and VERY VERY funny. There are some funny parts that are ha ha funny... there are some funny parts that bring out that inner middle school kid... and then there are some funny parts that bring out a groan-like chuckle. A few of the jokes were predictable, but I still laughed. They're funny, but you know what is coming. I sincerely appreciate the few moments Terry Fator takes to honor our troops and veterans and that he donates $ to a military charity. Very nice. Overall - extremely entertaining and the WOW factor is there. There are a few kitschy things about the Christmas show that I still chuckle about today - the individual Christmas stockings (and menorah) for each muppet character continue to crack me up. I'd recommend this show. I'm a little curious about his regular non-Christmas themed performance - but I'm not sure how much singing ventriloquism I really need to see.
