  • We just left the scottsdale at camelback store and ask ed for help in packaging and shipping four of our books to Oregon I was so appalled by the way the man handled everything I could hardly speak And that doesn't happen very often - he was in such a big hurry he just threw everything in a box cut the box down and quoted us prices He throughout a few ideas in such a great hurry it was absolutely ridiculous And he was just short of being rude to us He answered our questions but he kept looking over our shoulder talking to other people and tried to handle them while he was handling us at the same time I was concerned he was going to damage the books - he was ready to seal the box up before we put all of our papers back into the box that we had brought with us to ship with them to make sure the books were secure and not damaged - these are gifts for relatives I don't think I have ever had such a poor experience at the UPS store in my entire life I was not impressed with him at all - he was not willing to be very helpful and was just sort of rushing us off as fast as he could I was not impressed with anything that he did and if I didn't know better I would not come to the UPS store again but I know I probably will because it's in the neighborhood I'll have another reason to come there because I have used them for printing and another service
