I feel I received terrible and incomplete service. The estimated service times were wrong and made me late to work. When I returned with questions about problems I had with the service I was treated like an ignoramus by the (apparent) garage manager in the most rude and unbecoming manner. I felt more shunned like a punished child than a valued customer that just spent an entire paycheck at the store. Instead of offering solutions I given greif. Even though this shop is walking distance from my house, I would rather drive a greater distance to receive better customer and technical service.
