Fellow Comwave customers who have had problems or maybe nightmares from the poor customer service, misleading reps, long waits for customer service reps who provide no help, the run around etc....
Finally there is help don't laugh .... It's true! Write an email to social@comwave.net explain your situation and watch what happens. I personally was truly impressed by Jon Rennie (not 100% sure on spelling) but all emails sent to social@comwave.net cross his desk.
My Comwave experience was 100% negative until a week or two ago when I got a call from Jon. My experience was so bad had gotten in touch with lawyers to see about starting a class action lawsuit. Anyway not sure how Jon found out about my situation with Comwave but think it was from my Yelp review or maybe Twitter. What happened from his phone call to the next day having an apology in writing and full refund from all monies paid was remarkable.
I certainly hope Comwave has turned the corner and finally understands that we demand customer service and deserve it. I believe they are getting on track and with people like Jon will make us all happy one day.
As we certainly need more companies then Rogers & Bell #comwave
