rev:text	Spoke to the manager of the shop (Tiffany) and she she seemed very honest and wanted to help. Long story short I was rear ended and was looking for an auto body shop to fix the damages. I wish I would have taken the proper steps in searching for an honest auto body shop. I understand business but not out right LYING. I was suppose to receive a NEW bumper and when I asked about seeing my old bumper when I picked up my vehicle it was "uhhh" we'll call you, not sure where it's at.....mind you it's dead summer and boiling hot so I agreed....after calling the shop owner Tiffany and texting back and fourth for days she always said "no problem" she'll ask the guys about it and guess what - NEVER happened. The car was left filthy and dusty in the interior....absolutely unprofessional. After talking to a few people after this experience I found out I'm not the only customer of EXCEL AUTO BODY that has had these issues with having parts that were suppose to be replaced but the shop decided to pocket the money and "fix" the old part instead. They are also EXCEL AUTO SERVICES (same company and owners) I wouldn't trust them with anything that has to do with my vehicle and I would NEVER refer anyone their business. It's a scam.....take the risk if you'd like but if you care about your car- you'll skip this place!!!!
