This review isn't about the greatness or lack thereof of the USPS itself but a review of the people who work there and the facility itself. This has been my station for about 8 years now. I have a box there and visit at least 5 times/week. The staff there all know me by name and are friendly, helpful and do the best they can with the situation they have been given. The customers there are often rude to them. I have heard the people of this area shout at them from their spot in line. There's nothing they can do about it whatsoever. They are not running this government run business themselves but somehow are subject to derision. I have lived in several other places and have visited dozens of post offices. I think the people of this area should be grateful they don't live in Chicago or any of the poor excuses for staff and stations I have been subjected to over the years. Shame on you for making these folks feel small for trying to do their jobs. I want to thank Ethel, Randy, Darlene, Natalie and all the staff at this station for providing me with the service I need for my business.
