  • Had a 2:10pm appt, which i made just hours before same day...arrived timely. Well, dim whit Mandy decided to change my appt to 3:40pm, which i could not do. I guess a group of 14 had a 2pm appt and they were running late, as in, the last one showed up at 2:32 PM and then had to change his clothes. Meanwhile, we are waiting watching this shit show play out Piss poor way to run a business. Make sure u dont deal with Mandy, your experience will be ruined. This studio clearly does not care that you made an appt or considerate of your time. Mandy states that this studio is under staffed, a low revenue producing store and if you make an appt on line, more than likely they will call same day to change it depending on what staff shows up to work. Mandy loves to speak of her following company protocol.....however, I dont even think she knows what the word means.
