  • Avoid at all cost! These guys are crooks and totally incompetent. I had them come out to repair a broken spring and was informed that it needed to be replaced. I live 1000 miles away so needed this done for my tenant and couldn't get down there to check out the specific problem myself. Had the work done and was overcharged (based on quotes received later from others). Less than a year later the spring is pulling away from the wall so I call them to have them fix it. Turns out the 2x6 that they used to mount the spring to the wall has cracked. You would think that they would fix i under warranty but no, they claim this was not their fault so I paid them to fix their own mistake. Last week, I find out that the replacement board has pulled away from the wall again but this time because the idiot used lag screws into concrete block with no anchors. I had to pay another contractor to once again fix the problem that should have been taken care of on the initial service. These guys are really the worst people you could go to for fixing your garage door. Yelp, please give us option to rate zero stars.
