  • Purchased a Phoenix 4 wheel vacuum system that worked good for a few months and now just rides on its side. Took it back and after 4 repairs where nothing was really done and asked for a warranty replacement. I purchased new hoses, did everything they asked, but feel like I'm being held hostage as they have the cleaner and a manager to look at it and then he will contact me. 4 weeks of hell trying to get this fixed.
