  • Almeida reroofed my home three years ago. They did a terrific job. The tiles were taken up and stacked, paper was removed, and bad areas were taken care of. They fixed anything that was questionable, put down new paper, and relaid the original tiles. The job was completed in a quick and efficient manner. There were only two tiles that accidentally got broken. There was not a scrap of anything to be found on the ground! This year two tiles loosened up. Alameda came out and reset them and while they were here, they did an inspection on the patio roof which has a "difficult slope" to it. The service man told me to call if anything looks a little suspicious because they do free inspections and would prefer to catch problems early rather than later. Melissa is the "go to person" in the office. She is a great communicator, knows the business and gets the work assigned and delivered. If we ever need another roof to be inspected for any reason we will call Almeida. No point in going any further. The price was right and better yet, the interaction between Almeida and us was perfect. The interpersonal relationship is very reassuring. You are not just another job number on the list.
