  • 0 stars is more like it. New parents, don't waste your time this place is a JOKE. I've wasted 9 months in hopes it'd get better but it doesn't. You can hardly ever get through to someone and when you do, you're literally on hold 10-15 minutes. This happens to my husband and I every time. Also if you call and let them know you need any documentation papers, they tell you 2-4 business days. fine whatever but when you call on the 4th day & no one has any clue what you're talking about because guess what.. The front office, never sent a memo. Now 2 days later, as she said this time would be STAT the MA calls me and tells me I have to go across the valley pretty much to pick it up if I want it today. Are you kidding me! I called my location for the document for a reason! Providers are wonderful but don't expect to see the same provider ever. Even if you schedule out, something always seems to go wrong here. The front office staff needs to learn manners, they are so rude and make you feel so stupid. Dr. Keene was amazing, unfortunately she never came back after maternity leave, which was a bummer but now trying to stick it out dealing with this place I don't blame her. Again don't waste your time with this awful staff.
