| - If you have another option in airlines, please take it. If I could give Frontier Airlines a rating lower than a one star I would.
My husband and I have flown Frontier twice now and both experiences were awful. We thought the first time was just a random, one time bad experience and decided to try them again, Never again.
Our first flight in February 2015, we were two hours delayed leaving Cleveland. We didn't know that until we arrived at the airport. Once we finally boarded the plane we discovered that the seats do not recline and there is no on board TV or movie. That's fours hours in a very uncomfortable seat. Once on the ground in Vegas we sat on the plane for 45 minutes waiting for our gate to be clear.
Out second flight, just this past week, was much worse than the first flight. Once again, our flight leaving Cleveland was delayed two hours. Once again, not on board entertainment. Once on the ground in Vegas we sat again for about half an hour waiting for our gate. The luggage took nearly an hour to get the baggage claim area. The flight on the way home? You guessed it! Delayed, an hour. Once the plane was fully loaded, we had to wait an hour for the pilot to fill out paperwork. Once on the ground in Cleveland? You guessed it! We had to wait for our gate to be clear.
Seriously. if you have another option in airlines, take it.
