  • the salesman was p okay. I wanted a stormdoor with clips to remove the screen. He told me I could get that. Turns out they don't make them anymore. I guess they didn't tell him. The windows ice up like our old metal windows did. I complained and they were very surprised. The storm door doesn't fit. We have to slam it to keep it closed and the handle turns up instead of down to open. The installers laid a calking gun on my painted dresser and took the paint off. They said it would be fixed. That was 6 weeks ago. And if they don't fix it corredtly the installer has to replace the dresser, not Window World. I'm sooooo disapointed. We were hoping for better service. We have been waiting 3 months for the gutters, vyn yl installation. No one calls us to give an update. Go somewhere else......
