  • UPDATE: I went back to Good Day Cleaners and showed them my Ferragamo shirt that they damaged during their cleaning process. I didn't think there was much they could do. But to my surprise, the owner apologized and reimbursed me for the cost of my shirt. I would go back to Good Day, knowing that they take responsibility and if there's a problem, they will try to correct it.
