  • I didn't have a lot of stuff left so decided to hire them for the last couple of loads. They require 2 hours minimum, fine no problem we loaded everything in my truck drove a couple of blocks across the street . Outside of them asking for constant feedback on how to load my truck, (hmmm I'm not a mover you should know how to load a truck ) So far no major issues . With a whole hour left to go they decided to over pack my truck to finish the job early. Long story short my baby's new crib flew off and almost hit the car immediately behind us, as well as a fast approaching bus whom luckily was able to dodge the flying crib. They did not offer any compensation just a sorry and reminded us they are not responsible for damages. I've never had such a horrible experience. The word professional is far from what I would use to described them. Hire some real movers!
